Can I change my mind after ordering?
Yes. As a consumer buying online in Ireland you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw for any reason, with no fee and no explanation needed, and we refund the price plus the standard outbound delivery cost. We allow 15 days rather than 14.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
