How do I choose the right rack?

Yes. Add one option to the cart, come back to this page and add the next. They are separate lines on the order and are picked separately.
Are your prices in euros?
Yes, every price on this site is in euros and that is the currency you are charged in at checkout.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on orders of EUR 75 or more. Below that it is EUR 25.
How long will it take to arrive?
Ireland wide delivery takes 5 to 7 days, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
Where do you deliver to?
Across Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway, Waterford, Drogheda, Dundalk, Swords, Bray and Navan. If you are outside Ireland, ask us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can get it to you and what it costs.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order leaves the warehouse.
Can my order arrive in more than one parcel?
It can. Items in one order are sometimes packed and sent separately, so a partial delivery is not a missing order.
Can I change my mind after ordering?
Yes. As a consumer buying online in Ireland you have 14 days from delivery to withdraw for any reason, with no fee and no explanation needed, and we refund the price plus the standard outbound delivery cost. We allow 15 days rather than 14.
What if it arrives damaged or faulty?
Tell us and we sort it. A faulty, damaged or wrong item is our cost to put right, including the return postage, and you do not pay a handling fee on it.
How do I cancel before it ships?
Contact us within 12 hours of ordering, because most orders are picked within 24 hours. If it has not been dispatched we cancel it and refund you.
What payment methods do you take?
Card through Stripe, and PayPal. Those are the only two.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes, an order confirmation is emailed to you as soon as the payment goes through, and it is your proof of purchase for any return.
Do you have a shop I can visit?
No. We are an online clearance warehouse, which is why the prices are what they are.
Are these products new?
Yes. Everything here is new stock. Clearance means the price is cut, not that the goods are used.
Can I buy several of these at trade prices?
Yes, ask us. There is a wholesale page on this site and we quote per order rather than publishing a trade list.

Is there a warranty?
We do not publish a manufacturer warranty period for this item, so we will not claim one. Your statutory rights against a faulty product are unaffected and last two years under the Consumer Rights Act 2022.

Ask us. Where the supplier publishes more detail than we list here we will pass it on, and where they do not we will tell you that rather than guess.
Is the wall Bike Storage in stock now?
Yes. Everything listed on this site is stock we hold; a line that has sold out comes off the site rather than staying up as a page you cannot buy from.
Will you restock it if it sells out?
Not always, and we would rather say so. A clearance line is a finite quantity bought at a clearance price, so when it is gone the same item at the same price often cannot be repeated.
Why is the wall Bike Storage cheaper here than elsewhere?
Because of how the stock was bought and because there is no shop front behind it. It is surplus, closeout or liquidation stock, sold new, out of a warehouse rather than a high street.
